Everything was perfect, I would definitely recommend. The hotel was unique, it had VERY AMIABLE staff during the night shift. The location offered was comfy and best possible close to the center of Cairo as well as restaurants and cafes.

The staff was accommodating, especially Medo and Abdelrahman, who provided invaluable assistance. The King Room was spacious and comfortable, letting me relax thoroughly after a day of exploring the nearby Egyptian Museum.

Let me tell you, the food scene nearby is straight fire! Koshary Abou Tarek is an absolute must-try, just a stone's throw away. Our room, once we got settled, was spot on for our family needs, and the staff were super cute. Plus, it's a prime spot, just a quick walk from the Egyptian Museum.

Unfortunately, the noise levels were unbearable, as the room was close to the kitchen. The breakfast experience was disappointing. Many items ran out, and I had to ask multiple times for basic supplies. The lack of hooks for towels was frustrating, and I often found myself unsure of where to put my wet towel after showering.

The hotel could've been nice if they had clean bedding, but I found strange human hair everywhere, yuck! Can we talk about the fact that my refrigerator was tilted and made a racket? I almost left a good review, but their failure to accommodate my requests for a complimentary breakfast box ruined it. Not going back.
